About James Pallot

I was educated at De La Salle College Secondary School and achieved 7 GCSE’s. I attended Highlands College for my further education and accredited a GNVQ in Advanced Health and Social Care. Upon leaving College I worked for the States of Jersey as a career which I gained valuable life skills and experience. I left the Island to live in the UK in 2004 working as an assistant Manager in a Public House. I also worked at HMV before deciding to move back to Jersey.I returned to the Island in 2008 and began working at AFM. During my time at AFM I progressed through the company from the Office Administrators position I started at to becoming the Manager of the PPM Division. During my time I have gained valuable skills including Finance, Law, Health and safety and Business Development. In March 2015 I moved to UBS Jersey to work within the FM team. This has helped me to now understand both sides of FM and broaden my knowledge of the FM industry. In January 2018 I became head of GCS Jersey. In September 2021 I took on a new challenge becoming Head of Facilities at the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
