About James Pearce

I am an experienced Management Consultant and Finance Manager, and I specialise on working in and with healthcare organisations. I have international experience having worked extensively in the UK and across a number of countries in the Middle East. It is my belief that in today's healthcare industry that finance is of ever growing importance. This motivates me not only to support and work with finance departments in organisations to produce accurate financial information to meet their needs. Furthermore, I place great importance to support non-finance managers understand this, sometimes complex, financial information, to help them make the best decisions for the person that matters most: the patient. My work to date has led me to work across the spectrum of healthcare organisation including ministerial level, primary care, acute care and with healthcare commissioners. Within healthcare, I focus on healthcare finance, and particularly in the following areas- Financial and business modelling - including workforce, clinical service and capacity modelling - Budgeting and forecasting - Healthcare costing - Cost optimisation - Business case development and review
