Successfully delivering to time sensitive jobs, supplying cost saving solutions, and providing consistent and reliable support allows me to achieve high quality customer satisfaction while working under tight deadlines. I have refined my leadership skills as the sales manager for the 2013 MasterCard Memorial Cup and by onboarding and training new team members with Anixter and helping to set the quality standard Anixter is known for. The consulting work I completed for my MBA sharpened my business acumen as I built strategies and conducted market research for a start-up company in Saskatchewan. Ultimately, I enjoy working on a variety of complex projects and helping customers find the right solutions. I love working as part of a high functioning team and helping my colleagues get the most out of their talents.
