With over 20 years of experience in digital communications, UX, alongside web & mobile design, I am a passionate and creative Digital Advertising Design Manager at PokerStars, the world's leading online poker platform. I leverage my diverse skills and expertise to deliver engaging and effective customer journeys through marketing strategy for PokerStars and its sister brands, from acquisition and retention to product and service. I am driven by the mission of creating the most exciting and innovative online gaming experiences for millions of players around the world, and I value collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning as part of a dynamic and talented team.As a Digital Advertising Design Manager, I am responsible for leading and mentoring a team of designers, as well as working closely with stakeholders, developers, and researchers to ensure multi-million pound TTL campaign propositions land on time and to budget. I employ user personas, rapid prototyping, testing, and research findings to design display ads and UX/CX that align with the creative and brand vision, as well as introduce new levels of refinement and innovation to our paid media portfolio. I also use my marketing communications and branding skills to craft compelling and consistent messages and visuals across multiple channels and platforms, enhancing the brand awareness and loyalty of PokerStars and its sister brands.
