Administrator, project planner, and communicator by trade, humourist by choice, and all around nice guy by sheer luck. My story is long, but for the sake of brevity, I'll do this in point form, keeping the artistic flourishes to a min-Worked in the service industry throughout my university education-Wrote a humourous article once a week for the student paper, then became an Editor after 2 years of writing-Ran for Student Union President in 2007 and won. Had an amazing experience as USSU Pres, dealing with a job-action strike, housing shortages, and internal strife-Took the Student Initiatives and Project Coordinator position at the U of S in order to network between student groups and university administration-2 years later I was seconded into the position of Executive Assistant to the VP of Finance and Resources-Took a break from University Admin to complete an MFA in Writing-Secured a job for the non-profit writing company, Sage Hill Writing-Moved to Victoria to seek the everlasting blooms and jobs at the University of Victoria Specialties: Networking, Assessing Sensitivities, Research, Project Management, and most important of all Moral Booster.
