Market research is a complex but exciting world, with uncapped potential. I work alongside agencies and brands who are already, or who plan on developing their insights capabilities to drive better performance across the business. Having worked with marketeers for 5+ years, I've become increasingly passionate about marketing, specifically around how consumer insights and performance / growth tie into it. All of that time has hammered home the very basic concept: Quality insights > better targeting > better customer engagement + satisfaction = Growth My ambition is to help as many businesses as possible secure the necessary knowledge, technology and infrastructure to more effectively run consumer-focussed market research. With a keen interest in marketing, specifically 'brand building' as a concept, it's a dream to be working with some of the most creative and renowned agencies going. As a cherry on top, the recent focus brands have taken on Sports & Gaming has meant I've been able to scratch an itch that always needs scratching!
