About James Pierce

I have worked with both contractors and C-level executives on a routine basis. Even though I market myself as a project manager, my background and primary area of expertise are in process optimization and efficiency within systems. I have authored books and articles on the documentation and implementation stage of process improvement and system stability programs. My latest masterpiece, “Profit is the Byproduct of Efficiency: Conquering the Fear”, focuses on my insights and ability to document all assumptions, methodologies, and requirements necessary to begin a process improvement undertaking of any size. I am experienced with project management software, however, I maintain an updated notebook with records in the event of power failure or any other access issues involving the software. I have merged PMI methodologies with old-school grit. I do this to ensure a quality deliverable that is always within established budget and time frames. This can only be done through strategic insight, as well as financial and optimization model creation. I possess a Masters of Engineering and BS in Business with majors in Economics and Industrial Distribution. I am currently entering the dissertation phase of my PhD in Computer Engineering. My courses have given me heavy experience with researching, analysis, and multitasking multiple projects with ever-changing criteria across a variety of industries. These degrees serve to reinforce my twenty-year experience in process improvement and system optimization. In addition, I work with data analytics, IT infrastructure, and Analytical Project Management. I develop Apps and software as needed to support or automate recurring processes.
