About James Pignataro

James started his professional work experience as a part-time seasonal law enforcement officer and retail customer service worker, with a demonstrated history of working with the public. Having graduated from Drexel University 'Magna cum laude' in both Sociology and Communications, James became further skilled in interpersonal communication, journalism/writing, social media, and public speaking. Most importantly, James is a humorous, attentive, thorough, adaptive, and a team-working professional with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. James was working as an Administrative Assistant intern/Co-op for the employee health benefits insurance broker, Centric Benefits Consulting, located in New Providence, NJ. He was in charge of the company's social media accounts and making weekly news posts, and assisting the agents and admin. with their clients/prospects and ongoing projects. Upon graduation, James joined Centric Benefits Consulting on a full-time basis as a Customer Service Representative, and then went on to become approved as a licensed Accident & Health broker in the state of New Jersey. Within Centric, James has also taken on the role of hiring and managing future Drexel Co-ops, assessing candidates during the periodic hiring windows for either Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter terms. Once a candidate has been selected, they learn the ropes of the industry and company operations through James, who is on the sales team within Centric that focuses on employee health benefits for charter schools and school districts across North New Jersey.
