I hold an MBA, have 10 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry, and am a licensed private pilot. Additionally, I have served as an account executive, working with municipalities in Arizona and California on large water utility infrastructure and billing projects. I am a go-getter who takes initiative, is resourceful, and excited to leverage my professional skills, including effective communication, contract negotiation, contract adherence, market data analysis, and report creation, in a new position while making a positive impact on others and the world. As a people-oriented individual, I prioritize building strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and open communication. I take pride in delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. My attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments make me a reliable and results-driven professional. My extensive travels to 33 different countries have given me a global outlook and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and environments. I have hiked in the Rockies, Alaska, the Andes, the Himalayas, and the Swiss Alps, and volunteered for community projects such as trail building, fundraising, and providing aid to impoverished communities. Some of the most impactful volunteer experiences for me were fundraising for and biking 545 miles from San Francisco to LA in the AIDS/LifeCycle, building homes for families in Mexico, and distributing food to those in need in poverty-stricken communities like Agua Prieta, Mexico. As I embark on my next professional chapter, I am eager to contribute my skills and experience to a role that aligns with my values and allows me to make a positive impact.
