Hey everyone! My name is James, and have been in retail for the 10 years. I’ve spent 9 years working with Abercrombie & Fitch part time to assistant store manager. While managing, I was in charge of all men’s business as well as visual. Driving sales through product knowledge, training, floor sets etc in the three years spent as an asm my team made bonus every single time, it was a fantastic success. For the past six months I have transitioned into an assistant manager role at Madewell. Where my role is everything operations and lost prevention. Working with this amazing company has truly taught me what real customer service looks like and I will carry that with me wherever I go. Here I have learnt client building and really giving customers an experience rather than a shopping trip.
