What's up! My name is James Potter, and I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business.I started off my professional career as a customer service representative at Potter Insurance Group in 2019 in Florence, SC, where I provided services for hundreds of policyholders by maintaining and updating customer accounts to maintain retention. This eased me into the promotion of "sales producer" in 2024, where I hold the honor as top salesperson in the agency. I currently conduct outbound telemarketing calls to quote and close warm and cold leads, I coordinate processes to increase new business sales, and I ensure that all production goals are exceeded monthly/quarterly/yearly. In the summer of 2023, I completed an internship with McLeod Health in Florence, South Carolina, as a legal and administrative intern. I provided administrative support, I conducted research on relevant statutes and regulations to support the legal counsel, I compiled and organized legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with current cases, and I collaborated with cross-departmental teams to streamline administrative processes.Overall, due to my strong background and achievements in successfully maintaining important connections and expanding a networking portfolio through my professions, I am confident that I’ll be able to succeed in whatever field is required of me.I have always been driven to help those in need and make the world a simpler place. please allow me to lend a helping hand to your company and I promise you will not regret it!
