OUR STORY: Due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident caused by a drunken driver, Major James Pradke was forced to consider an early exit strategy from a stellar career in the United States Army. In preparation, he reflected on his diverse experience in executive coaching, resiliency training, project management, international conflict and resolution, teaching, leadership, and motivation and realized, “To continue my innate desire to serve and assist organizations as they cultivate toward future success, I must give of myself through an application of knowledge achieved, tested, and validated while in the face of life altering situations and adversity.” It is on the premise of servitude that Pradke & Company, LLC, a Veteran Owned Consulting Firm, came into existence.
