Background
About James Prior
I joined FRP in March 2022 to develop its new established office in Southampton, covering Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and beyond. Working as part of growing team, both locally and nationally, to provide high quality, pragmatic advice and a first rate service to clients and contacts. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with 15 years of corporate restructuring and advisory experience, with particular focus upon: • Cash flow management • Business reviews • Trading administrations and complex asset realisations • Contentious insolvency matters Throughout my career I have worked with a broad spectrum of SME businesses, and have particular experience in the real estate, construction, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality and care sectors. Outside of FRP I can usually be found sweeping the floors and balancing the books of a small family business, or hunting ice creams in the New Forest.
