As well as a good understanding of more progressive, real-time, journey-based automation software including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Braze and Bloomreach Engage. Trained 80+ colleagues and clients in Unica and Adobe software with extensive hands-on courses. Specialist at simplifying business processes in relation to data-driven marketing campaigns, particularly in relation to the full end-to-end process from planning through to execution.
