About James Reyna

Hi, I'm James (he/him)! I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy.I currently work as a Go-To-Market Strategy Manager at Adobe, where I lead initiatives that improve sales development execution and inform product direction. I oversee AI enablement for the BDR org, building training, workflows, and internal tools that increase adoption and efficiency. I also partner closely with Product and Engineering on an AI Sales Qualification product, translating real BDR workflow insights into feature ideation, requirements, and roadmap decisions. In parallel, I’m assisting with a comprehensive GTM strategy & content overhaul to unify messaging, streamline content creation, and ensure consistency across channels. Lastly, I’m driving a cross-functional projects to make our organization more data driven, building frameworks, dashboards, and processes that help teams use insights to guide decisions and measure impact.Beyond my professional life, I am also deeply committed to my community, focusing on mentoring and advocating for fellow low-income students in college, as well as in New York. Additionally, I serve as a college and career coach at Leland, where I assist first-generation, low-income, and non-traditional students in navigating the college and internship process.
