Make good cards for good people.Embodying the credit union philosophy "people helping people," my goal is to develop and provide profitable, affordable, accessible, and rewarding payment tools for consumers and small businesses. I am an experienced payments leader and industry visionary responsible for the growth, performance, and innovation of debit and credit cards for some of the largest US credit unions. Driving record program growth during a pandemic while offering market leading promotions, we leveraged an agile rapid response to support our cardholders and community.Currently I serve as the Sr. Manager of Cards and Money Movement at Golden 1 Credit Union, leading a team of experts across multiple disciplines to manage the strategy, growth, financial performance, risk management, and customer/member experience of payment products including debit and credit cards, ACH payments, wires, checks and other negotiable items, among more. I direct the payments data strategy, including the data, integrations, relationships, and pricing with several partners like Visa, Co-Op Financial Services, and Fiserv.I'm devoted to supporting and developing my community, and have helped establish two nonprofits serving the Yolo and Sacramento communities. In 2019 I was recognized as the Davis Chamber of Commerce Member of the Year for my financial education and community work.
