I have over 10 years of leadership experience and have contributed to the development and growth across multiple organizations in the financial sector. From Insurance, to auto Finance, to extended mortgage servicing management. Corporate management and development some of my primary skills and passion. Leadership in today's workforce has grown and evolved and being able to maintain productivity while balance the focus on the well being of those you lead are some of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of this evolution. Currently operating a business that provides a wide range of financial services as well as my new role of managing the cash management group for the largest federal mortgage loan servicer in the United States. My goal is to be able to educate and assist people who are not properly educated on financial and family protection.
