About James Ross

I am a huge people-person and enjoy communicating at all levels which has helped massively throughout my career. Over 10 years ago a management opportunity was offered to me and I haven't looked back, I love it. Managing gives me the opportunity to lead by example and develop others. There is nothing greater than developing people to achieve success, whether it's as an individual or as part of a team. When I'm not working you can bet I'll be training at the gym or the carp lake. I can't get enough of taking my MTB out and I love the outdoors. It's not all action, though, I can often be found trying to cook, watching movies and spending time with friend's, family and my PS5. I wish I could travel more especially as I enjoy meeting new people and gaining new experiences, so please get involved and say hello.
