As a Law Graduate from Central Queensland University, James brings about a solid educational foundation in the legal field. James has recently completed his Graduate Diploma of Practical Legal Training and has recently been admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in October of 2023. His previous work experience in the community services industry, specifically as a Support Coordinator and Team Leader for participants on the National Disability Insurance Scheme, demonstrate his ability to apply legal knowledge in a practical setting and showcase his leadership and management skills. He consistently ensures the accuracy and completeness of these reports to meet regulatory requirements. He effectively manages the collation and on-time lodgement of renewal applications and prescribed partial relinquishments. Moreover, he is involved in the preparation and submission of new applications as required, showcasing his attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.Correspondence with relevant state mines departments is a crucial aspect of James's role, ensuring effective communication and compliance with regulatory bodies. He skillfully handles the collation and lodgement of variations, exemptions, and miscellaneous documentation as required.Furthermore, James has gained experience in dealing with land court matters, compensation agreements, and mining lease objections.
