About James Rushton

I am a Wealth Management Advisor at TIAA with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. I am proud to help provide my clients with customized investment solutions with an emphasis on financial education to empower them to take an active role in the planning process. I focus on helping those in the education, medical, and non-profit industries work towards meeting their unique personal and financial goals, but I believe that proper planning is important for everyone. I believe that an investment strategy is only as good as one's ability to stick with it, which is why I work closely with my clients to help them clearly articulate their goals and create a roadmap seeking to achieve success. On the personal side, I reside in VT, and in my free time, l like spending time with my family, training for endurance events like triathlons, attending daily mass, studying nutrition, philosophy and theology. In addition, my favorite volunteering events are Thanksgiving and Christmas community dinners in the Upper Valley.
