About James Rusty Brenner

My passion is preserving historic cemeteries. I formed Texas Cemetery Restoration LLC to focus on the preservation and restoration of historic cemeteries through (i) GPS mapping solutions,(ii) preserving cemeteries by cleaning, leveling, and repairing the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to detect unmarked burials, and (iv) Cemetery Master Planning. My team and I also provide educational outreach through hands-on cemetery preservation workshops that include several hours to several days of instruction and interactive learning. We are also available for shorter speaking engagements to bring awareness to historic cemetery preservation and regularly speak to historical, genealogical, and other community groups. After years in the preservation industry, I started Cemetery Preservation Supply LLC and partnered with the inventor of D/2 Biological Solution to sell the only product that I trust to clean historic gravestones. D/2 Biological Solution is used by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs for our National Veterans Cemeteries and was extensively studied by the National Center for Preservation Technology and Training. D/2 Biological Solution is a non-hazardous, pH neutral, biodegradable cleaner designed to preserve historic structures and cemetery monuments.
