About James Sadler

Managing numerous successful estate agents teams throughout my career, I acquired a wealth of knowledge in what is required to ensure exceptional results, client satisfaction and a thriving team culture. Beginning in sales before finding my niche in management, personal accountability, self management, detail orientation and reaching KPI’s were instilled upon me as crucial elements to any successful career. With an enthusiastic attitude, proclivity for leadership and public speaking, appetite for knowledge and a thorough understanding of team building and culture, I aspire to exceed expectations and embrace heightened responsibility wherever possible. I am currently the managing director of HCH. Hornsby Comfy Hips Pty Ltd specialises in assistive technologies to prevent & protect older adults from falls related injuries. We work extensively with assisted living facilities and independently living older people throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Americas. I am also currently a graduate student at the University of Western Sydney (WSU), completing my Master of Research. My area of interest is Human Robot Interactions (HRI), with a focus on older adults.
