I grew sales from $700 million to over $1.5 billion in three years while reducing $50 million in costs. This achievement was fueled by a sales system I built through years of experience and experimentation. My dedication and this very system allowed me to climb the ranks from a top-performing sales representative to Vice President of Sales, doubling our team's revenue. As the Vice President of Sales Operations, I further refined global sales infrastructure, amplifying revenue per representative and trimming unnecessary expenditures.Away from the professional realm, I treasure moments with my family: my wife, Jennifer, and our children, Tyler, Lauren, and Jackson. As an avid angler, I often find myself weaving fishing tales into conversations. My love for music sees me strumming the guitar with various bands, a passion I've nurtured for over 30 years.
