Hello, my name is James (Jim) Schneider. I am a resident of Des Plaines, and I am a college student at Loyola University. I am a hard worker, who has been doing jobs in a professional setting for as long as I could. I started my professional career as an Umpire when I was fourteen and have been working ever since. As an umpire I learned how to conduct myself professionally and how to treat clients with both respect and authority. More recently I have worked as an Office Assistant for Appraisal Development. Here I learned to be organized, due to being in charge of the physical filing system, and I also learned how to quickly learn new skills, because after joining Appraisal Development I was quickly sent on site inspections. Along with these traits I am also a good communicator and team leader, I have had to demonstrate theses skills often during my academic life.
