I am a dynamic, resilient, energetic and ambitious young manager who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I'm presented with. I am a graduate of Bsc Microbiology with 9 years’ experience in Aseptic pharmaceuticals. 4 year of this spent at Senior Management. I have gained extensive knowledge of Small and Large Volume Parenteral manufacture (Aseptic and Terminally Sterilized solutions) during my time in Aspetic Pharmaceuticals. I have developed excellent organization skills that focus on time, goals and project management. I consider myself a critical thinker who is proactive and eager to learn new things. I work effectively both in a team environment as well as using my own initiative. I have gained dynamic experience in Quality Control with diverse exposure in the departments I am responsible for; Departmental Structure: A. Chemistry Laboratory B. Microbiology Laboratory C. Packaging Laboratory D. Hygiene Services E. LIMS Project Team F. Stability Department As Quality Control Manager I am responsible for Liaising with Quality Assurance to maintain document control and quality standards in accordance with Internal & Global Procedures, GMP, GLP and PIC’s requirements. I am responsible for the leadership of the Quality Control department, comprising 71 staff with 6 direct reports. I am responsible for Championing continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting departmental KPI indicators to the Site Head of Quality / Responsible Pharmacist and Executive Management Team. I have a passion for leading teams to surpass strategic departmental KPI's, while investing in their personnel and professional growth.
