With over two decades of expertise in the seafood industry, particularly in buying and selling salmon, I have cultivated a reputation for meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Since joining Pacific American Fish Co. 5 months ago, I have successfully established a new stream of recurring business that has generated over $1.4 million in sales. Our operations in Boston are robust, moving over 20 million pounds of fresh salmon annually. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of premium seafood products, including #1 and #2 Tuna, Swordfish, hand-cut Salmon fillets, Steelhead, Arctic Char HOG and fillets, as well as Halibut HOG and fillets. Each product is selected with care to ensure quality and freshness, adhering to the highest industry standards. Previously I served as the Vice President for US Sales at Loch Duart's Boston-based operation for 4 years working remotely. My job involved expanding new markets across the US for whole gutted and salmon fillets. In less than 3 years with the company, I've boosted market share by over 10 million in fresh salmon sales. This growth supports their strong presence in France and the UK. Before I started at Loch Duart, I worked as Operations Manager for Black Pearl Seafood. My job involved buying fresh salmon every week 25-30 thousand pounds. I also handled the shipping and processing. On top of that, I dealt with customs and the FDA every day of the week.
