I started at the bottom with Domino's Pizza as a part-time delivery driver, I had limited experience in a supervisory role in the maintenance department at the Wallace Civic Center & Planetarium in Fitchburg Mass. I left the Civic Center to pursue a career in Restaurant Management. I spent about six to eight months as a Shift Runner and delivery driver at Domino's Pizza, before being promoted to Assistant Manager. After two weeks as an Assistant Manager I was promoted to General Manager. I stayed with Domino's for about 6 years after that, it was a small franchise not a lot of room for furthering my development. I then left for Papa Gino's, went in as an Assistant Manager and have since climbed through the ranks and am now currently a Multi Unit Manager. I moved on to the 99 just before the massive closures at Papa Gino's. I have about 17 years of experience and supervisory and management roles, over 16 of which are in the restaurant industry.
