I have been a real estate appraiser since September of 1997, but involved exclusively in review work since January of 2001 as both a reviewer and manager. My review experience has included both current and retrospective reviews, from basic risk to advanced and detailed narrative analyses. I have also defended both sides, either for or against the origination value, in a standard or rebuttal capacity. I also hold an Illinois home inspector license, having received my license in January of 2014. I am currently in a training program and hope to be out in the field soon. Another of my interests is photography, and I'm currently putting together a website with hopes of entering the real estate photography field, as well as family, pet and possibly wedding photography.
