With over a decade of career progression in software engineering, my journey has led me to my current role at Microsoft, where I specialize in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies and cloud-based telecom solutions. My mission is to lead with innovation, coach burgeoning talent, and contribute to projects that resonate with our company's ethos. By fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment, I ensure our diverse team thrives, aligning personal growth with the organization's success. Since February 2019, I have steered a talented team of up to nine engineers, adeptly handling SIP-based projects across on-premises and public cloud infrastructures. Our achievements include integrating functions into cloud based telecom services via Azure Communications Gateway, and building and supporting an on-premises telecoms application server. This role has allowed me to fine-tune my competencies in software testing and design while mentoring team members to enhance their skills and careers.
