About James Sinclair

James Sinclair, Ph.D. is the founder and president of Dichotic Capital LLC. Prior to founding Dichotic Capital, Dr. Sinclair spent over 13 years training financial analysts, portfolio managers, investment bankers, and other Wall Street-bound professionals at some of the most prestigious business schools in the world. As an award-winning researcher and teacher, Dr. Sinclair is a recognized expert in information economics, financial statement analysis, behavioral finance, capital markets, and valuation. While serving as a faculty member, Dr. Sinclair developed several undergraduate and graduate-level courses, such as Applied Earning Trading Strategies, Accounting-Based Valuation, and Information-Based Investment Strategies, and served as a guest speaker at the White House, Department of Homeland Security, and many other academic and professional conferences and institutions. Dr. Sinclair earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
