Current Work Experience I worked in a small retail store in Ireland for one year shortly after finishing college, where I've acquired the skills : Customer Service Cash Handling, reaching sales targets, team work and involvement. After the first 8 months I was given a Team Lead / Shift Lead (2018) contract where I was responsible for the Outbound process in which the following skills have been acquired : Leadership skills People Engagement Public Speaking (Addressing groups of 15 - 60 employees) Key Topic Indicators reported on a weekly basis to the Warehouse Supervisor Problem Solving mindset 5S - 5S is a Japanese Method of standardization used within the Toyota Automotive In Japan this skills involved the following, Sorting, Separating, Standardizing, Sustaining and Shine, This lean methodology / mindset is easily transferable into other areas of work / every day life. In the following 2 months (June 2019) I was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor where my responsibilities were the following : Resource Planning : based on Material, Machinery, Man Power and more. Weekly reports presented to senior management based on the 5 most important indicators 1) Safety (accidents, potential incidents, Fire hazards, security and overall work place safety inspections) 2) Quality (Client Complaints, Overall production quality and standards being met) 3) Cost (Smart investments with estimated return of investment and when the return of investment should be achieved, or if possible internal solutions which avoid a cost factor) 4) Delivery (Productivity, Targets met as well as targets which have not been met and justifications for non - achieved targets. 5) People (Weekly planning of agency employees, monthly reports of total hours used split into each respective department) In the position as supervisor I've also obtained the following : Resource management Direct Contact with important cliental Leadership training (Certified training) Project implementations
