Currently Employed as a Full-Time Police Community Support Officer with Lancashire Constabulary.Working in local communities to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour. Supporting those that are vulnerable and those who have had to deal with crime. My main interest is tackling repeat problems with project work, working with partner agencies to gain funding, and using evidence lead policing to combat problems in my geographic area. Honoured to have been awarded PCSO of the Year and 1st constabulary winner of the Chenery Award.Previously employed as a Designing Out Crime Officer Working in the Problem Oriented Policing Command, providing advice to local policing teams on problem-solving via Environmental Audits. Previously a Primary School Teacher, with QTS and before that working in a challenging school one-to-one with children with challenging behavioural and learning needs.Degree holder, 2.1 Bachelors in History and Politics and Distinction PGCE in ages 5-11Skilled in ICT, Teamwork, Customer Service, First Aid, project development and Safeguarding. Strong community and social services professional with a passion for helping people.Personal interests include ICT/Gaming and Economics/Politics.
