I worked in the Design field with Professional Engineering, Architectural, and Surveying Firms for over a decade. I then started and built one of the largest Concrete Specialty Construction Companies in South Carolina over the next decade. In 2007 I began my focus on Business Consulting and Commercial Real Estate (CRE). My background in management and entrepreneurship allowed me a unique perspective into the business world as well as an unparalleled understanding of entrepreneurs, how they think, and the "pit falls" to which they are subject. In addition, understanding design, permitting and construction allows me to operate in the CRE field in a way that most Brokers cannot. I understand all phases of each project; can evaluate its risks and ROI with an understanding that most do not posses.
