I’m a spirits and hospitality professional with strong experience in restaurants and bars, operations management, sales, private/experiential events, craft bartending, menu development, r&d, drink styling, new and old wines, natural wines, and spirits. I specialize in Tequila, Mezcal and am currently an Agave Ambassador for Cuervo Tradicional, Reserva De La Familia, 1800 Tequila, Maestro Dobel, Gran Centenario, Gran Coramino, 400 Conejos Mezcal and Mezcal Creyente. I have extensive experience developing bar programs, curating spirits, wine, beer & cocktail menus, establishing and managing relationships with suppliers, distributors, sales and brand reps, and activation specialists. I’ve participated in and hosted numerous category trainings, tastings, and brand specific features and collaborations. I’m experienced in general management and front of house operations ranging from up-market and white linen establishments to immersive tropical tiki bars. I’m well versed in fundamental business principles, p&l, social media marketing, special event planning and execution. I’m a builder of high performing teams, educating, training, supporting, and I am deeply connected with professionals in the food and beverage industry, restaurants and bars, and the community. I have been successful with building and growing brands. I designed and opened Rosemallows bar in Long Beach, Ca. This included the brand name and identity, the interior design, the food and drink menus, the marketing and the daily operations. I make natural wine using special Japanese Kyoho grapes. I also enjoy food science, experimenting and creating special dishes and drinks. I have an Australian cattle dog named Billie that I adore. I enjoy training her, visiting the dog park, and exercising with her. I value being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
