About James Stier

With comprehensive experience in project management and technical leadership, I have directly supported national security space operations and electronic warfare systems for 27+ years in the US Air Force and the private sector. My subject matter expert (SME)-level knowledge ranges from program management, process improvements, and logistics to system integration, satellite communication, and strategic policies. Having managed people for 20+ years, I possess extensive supervisor, management, and leadership experience. My wide-ranging skill set includes Human Resources; personal, information, and physical security; auditing and internal controls; quality assurance; budget adherence; training and development; and coaching and mentoring. I have held top leadership positions in three consecutive organizations with teams of 30 to 280 personnel. My adaptive thinking and creative problem solving complement my critical thinking to see potential business and technical implications of space control and space domain awareness (SDA) concepts, architectures, and capabilities. I possess a current PMP certification and active TS/SCI DCID 6/4 Clearance; Special Access Program briefed.
