With over 10 years of experience in the CPaaS and SaaS industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who thrives on delivering value and solutions to enterprise customers across various sectors and regions. As the Head of Enterprise for UK and Nordics at Infobip, a global cloud communications platform that enables businesses to build connected customer experiences, I lead a talented and diverse team of sales and delivery professionals who are committed to providing the best service and outcomes for our clients. My mission is to empower our customers to achieve their goals and grow their businesses through our innovative and scalable products and solutions. I also value building and maintaining strategic partnerships and accounts with key stakeholders and decision-makers, and fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and excellence within our organization and beyond. In my current role, I leverage my extensive knowledge and expertise in the CPaaS and SaaS space, as well as my strong network and relationships in the UK and Nordics markets, to drive growth and innovation for Infobip and our customers. I am responsible for developing and executing the sales and delivery strategy for our enterprise segment, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and managing and expanding our existing portfolio of customers. I also oversee the performance and development of our regional team, ensuring that they have the skills, resources, and support they need to succeed and deliver value.
