An experienced Human Resources Practitioner who has worked in a number of different sectors. Most recently, in the technology space as the Head of Human Resources (People & Culture) with Console, a leading software development company providing solutions to the real estate industry throughout Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Console, I spent a significant period working in health care and disability services which exposed me to a range of HR Functions such as recruitment & attraction, Industrial & Employee Relations, Learning & Development & Workforce Planning & Strategy just to name a few. I pride myself on my ability to bring people together to achieve great results. I do this through company culture initiatives, which ensure staff are engaged and the workplace becomes an environment where individuals and teams can succeed.
