With over four years of hands-on experience at J.Crew and a strong academic foundation in Occupational Safety and Health from Southern Columbia University, I am committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees. My journey in the safety field has allowed me to develop expertise in conducting on-site inspections and risk assessments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I hold various certifications, including Certified Safety Manager (CSM), OSHA 30-Hour, and Six Sigma: White Belt, which enable me to effectively manage risk and enhance workplace safety. In addition to my training responsibilities, I've served as a Powered Industrial Equipment Trainer and DC Operations Trainer, providing me with the opportunity to impart critical safety knowledge to new hires while maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance. My experiences as a first responder and incident investigator have given me a deep understanding of the importance of swift, effective response in ensuring the well-being of employees and the overall success of an organization.
