About James Stuttard

I have over six years’ experience within the property industry and I am currently working as a Certified Property Valuer within the Commercial/Industrial/Advisory/Agricultural valuation sectors.Other non-property related experience which has lead me to my current position has comprised of over three years of quality experience in sales (retail), and over five years of experience as a tennis professional/coach. In these roles, I have developed strong communication, organisation and leadership skills. My sporting background has helped me develop a strong work ethic which I have applied to my career within property industry.Whilst transitioning out of my tennis career I developed a passion for property and successfully completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Development & Valuation) at Curtin University.Within my current role I have completed in depth analysis and valuations on a variety of property assets up to $30M, completed market research analysis for a variety of property segments, engage with stakeholders/clients, and adhere to all relevant property legislation.I enjoy a healthy balance of work, spending time with family, socialising with friends and I am still very much in love with my sports.
