About James Styles

As a Projects Manager at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, I have significant experience in leading change and innovation by developing sustainable business improvements. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that enhanced the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Trust's services and operations through digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and staff development. I am passionate about football and coaching, recently joining Burnley FC in the Community as a Football Development Coach. In this role, I apply my coaching skill set to design and deliver engaging and progressive sessions for players of different ages and abilities. Additionally, for a number of years I have acted as a Trustee and Foundation Phase Coach at Newton-le-Willows Football Club, where I act as the Head Coach of the Under 10 Athletic team. I have contributed to the club's growth and success by securing grant funding as well as implementing digital process and automations to increase participation across all sections of the club.
