I’m a User Experience Designer at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, specialising in optimising the usability of our academic platforms including Cambridge Core and Cambridge Aspire. With a background that spans research, interaction design, and accessibility, I thrive on solving complex problems and translating user behaviour into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. My approach blends quantitative insights (analytics, heatmapping, surveys) with qualitative research (user interviews, usability testing, observation), ensuring decisions are grounded in real user needs. I’m particularly fascinated by how psychology and design intersect — understanding user motivations, cognitive patterns, and emotional drivers to craft solutions that are not only functional but also meaningful. Driven by curiosity and a desire to take on the latest challenge, I enjoy shaping end-to-end projects: from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment, through prototyping and testing, to post-launch optimisation. For me, design is most powerful when it connects user goals with business outcomes in a clear, human-centred way.
