Extensive experience investigating material properties, solid & solution state stability, formulation design to enable animal PK/TK studies, evaluation of CMC risks to drug development. Awards - Recognition by the Enabling Technologies Consortium (ETC) for leading the Sticking (adhesion phenomenon of pharmaceutical materials on surfaces) project from the ideation phase through RFI, vendor selection, charter drafting to execution (GSK, 2024)- Innovation, Performance and Trust Award: Development of a laser sensor for the detection of ‘Sticking’ on pharmaceutical tablets (GSK, 2018)- Exceptional Science Award: Investigation of the source of extraneous peaks observed in XRPD pattern of solids in active suspensions (GSK, 2016)- Exceptional Science Award: Selection of the best candidate molecule by evaluation of version and form (GSK, 2014)- Exceptional Science Award: Development of an Image Analysis (IA) technique using ImageJ for the detection of the nucleation and growth of crystals in amorphous spray dried dispersions (GSK 2012)- Development of a piezoelectric sensor to quantify adhesion of trophoblast to the endometrial lining.
