As a Business Development professional at Rowe-Thrush, Inc, I have over 17 years of experience in managing and growing the sales of our Material Handling, Safety, Hand Tools, and Plumbing manufacturers to distributors and end-users. I used to hold a Master Automotive Technician certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), which demonstrates my technical knowledge and skills in the automotive industry.My core competencies include tariff and cost negotiations, marketing literature creation, LinkedIn and Facebook company page administration, Grainger show preparation and lead follow-up, and hosting webinars and our podcast, The Solution Selling Show. I also created our company SharePoint site and new Teams Site meant for the Grainger Sales Force usage. I regularly engage with the Grainger Sales Force and showcase our suppliers' features and benefits, and providing tips and best practices for product selection and problem solving.
