My favorite thing in life is to learn "how do I do it". The "it" can be a new program required for completing a clients title work, to trying to teach my child to ride a bike. There are many new challenges and opportunities that we face every day and when we choose to take the path of least resistance or choose not to learn is the day we stop growing. I make a point in my every day life to learn new life skills especially when they have to do with my areas of interest such as real estate, financing, automotive, and technology. My side business in real estate has helped me to learn about property management from a first hand perspective. I have had to either learn how to complete required repairs or learn how to negotiate a good deal. I also have learned about certain legal and tax requirements that make owning and managing real estate easier and more profitable. My lessons in negotiations and leveraging relationships help when dealing with finance companies to ensure competitive rates and terms. The requirements for finance companies in reguards to compliance is where I have learned a lot about protecting consumer information. In reguard to automotive and technology I have spent more time immersing myself into the automotive industries newest and latest advancements in performance and efficiency of today's automobiles. The latest vehicles in production continue to push the limit in speed, agility, efficiency, and safety. The ability of a vehicle to propell to sixty in under three seconds and some of these vehicles are getting fuel efficiency beyond imagination. The ability to learn and experience the advancements in technology and witness first hand the latest in the automotive industry are exciting and interesting.
