My role involves helping them identify top technology and consulting service providers to enhance their competitive edge by innovating in back and middle office operations. While asset and investment managers often prioritize improving returns and attracting new investors, operational functions typically receive less attention since they don't directly generate revenue. However, due to increased data and regulatory demands, buy-side firms are now more focused on automation and streamlining pre and post-trade processes, including fund distribution, onboarding, documentation, reconciliation, settlement, and reporting. They aim to manage their data effectively and establish a golden source to make operations more efficient, ensure compliance, and reduce costs. We seek out advanced technology partners and consulting firms with unique expertise to bridge the gap between needs and solutions.
