I am a seasoned Physician Assistant with over 13 years of specialized experience in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, recognized for clinical excellence and dedication to advancing the PA profession. Currently practicing at Billings Clinic, a non-profit, tertiary center, and Montana's largest independent healthcare system, I serve patients across Montana and Wyoming in an area designated for physician scarcity.My comprehensive clinical focus spans the full spectrum of liver diseases (including MASH/MAFLD, cirrhosis, and portal hypertension), Inflammatory Bowel Disease management, and colorectal cancer prevention. I maintain an autonomous practice managing complex patient populations across both gastroenterology and hepatology disciplines, with an unwavering commitment to implementing the latest evidence-based standards of care through continuous engagement with emerging research and therapeutic advances.Having served as Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University and Florida Gulf Coast University, I've helped shape the next generation of PAs. My dedication to student development was recognized with Nova Southeastern University's "Preceptor of the Year" Award in 2023. At FGCU, I was honored to serve as an inaugural adjunct faculty member, helping establish their PA program and participating in the selection of their first two student cohorts.Leveraging my clinical expertise, military background, and commitment to professional development, I've expanded my impact through speaker engagements with pharmaceutical companies including Madrigal Pharmaceuticals and now AbbVie.
