About James Trangmar

I'm a Graphic Designer who specialises in Graphic Design, Illustration and is currently learning Motion Graphics. I have just completed my MA Graphic Design and Visualisation Course. I'm the sole graphic designer at 3D Group UK, where I work within the marketing department to deliver a number of print and digital materials. I've had experience working within a fast-paced marketing team in the retail/entertainment industry as well as a local sports supplier. As a fully qualified and confident creative, I apply myself professionally and pro-actively in any working environment. I’m passionate about design while always willing to go the extra mile to improve under pressure while bringing a new perspective during projects. I have enjoyed working with mainstream brands such as Warner Bro’s Studio, Legoland, Lego Discovery Center, Madame Tussauds, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, SeaLife, Dungeons, Chessington World of Adventure, Paultons, Kennedy Space Center, Air Force Museum, Heide Park, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Drayton Manor. I followed their brand guidelines to create marketing material such as Retail Signage, Price Lists, Digital Signage, Social Media Graphics, and Animated Signage. Awards- Best Portfolio Award, University of Derby- Deans Award for Excellence 2017, University of Derby. Fun Facts- I have one at least one Halloween costume competition at work as a scarecrow- I have managed to rip my jeans in front of the team while bowling at a Christmas work party.
