Recently, I have taken on the role of Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), based out of Wellington, New Zealand. My expertise lies in helping customers navigate the complexities of cloud technologies, ensuring smooth deployments, and resolving technical challenges with a focus on optimising cloud infrastructure. Previously, I was employed by Atturra as a Network Engineer, where I was committed to protecting both on-premise and digital environments by strengthening network defenses. This role allowed me to develop a deep understanding of both security protocols and safeguarding digital assets, which I now bring to my cloud engineering support work within AWS. In my current position at AWS, I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of cloud technologies, thereby helping organisations leverage the full potential of the cloud while ensuring their environments remain secure, efficient, and scalable for present and future implementations.
