About James Tynan

With over 17 years of progressive experience in the cleanroom construction industry, I’ve built my career from the ground up. Starting at age 18 in the cleanroom maintenance division of Asgard Cleanroom Solutions. Through dedication, hands-on experience, and a commitment to continuous growth, I’ve advanced through a variety of roles including Maintenance Technician, Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Manager, and Construction Department Manager. Today, I’m proud to serve as Construction Director for the Asgard Life Sciences division. My journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of installation, site operations, project and personnel management, and a strong emphasis on quality, and Health and safety standards. I bring a practical, solution-focused mindset to every project and work closely with our teams to ensure efficient project procurement, accurate estimating, and seamless project delivery. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality cleanroom solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients, while fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement within the Asgard organisation.
