I'm a Workforce & Adherence Advisor for Post Office Ltd's Customer Service Department, responsible for arranging staff rotas for 100+ employees over two sites and several different work contracts, ensuring adequate staff utilisation to cover customer service requirements. Before my current role I was part of Post Offices Customer Services department, dealing with internal and external customer queries via phone and email, as well as being part of the Post Office Social Media Team. I have assisted with our Knowledgebase Management team, ensuring that information was kept accurate and up to date and also helping out them and our Reporting Team during the Post Office Ltd's transition to a company independant from Royal Mail. Colleagues know me as an approachable, adaptable and reliable individual, always keen to help out where possible; Either in my current role, with peoples' computer problems, or even helping out on other contracts where possible.
